Refund Policy

If you wish to cancel or reschedule a course, then the following will apply:

  • Bookings cancelled with more than 14 days’ notice will be refunded in full.
  • Bookings cancelled with less than 14 days’ notice or previously transferred to a later date and then cancelled are non-refundable.

We withhold the right to cancel or reschedule courses at any stage. Where ever possible we try to avoid having to cancel courses for which payment has already been received. If we do cancel or reschedule a course for which payment has already been received, a full refund will be offered. However, we cannot be held liable for any costs incurred by customers as a result of cancellation or rescheduling (including the costs of prepaid travel or accommodation).
